Job Responsibilities
Processing Orders: Receiving, reviewing and confirming online orders.
Dispatching of orders : coordination with the warehouse for smooth dispatch process.
Managing Returns: to assist the customers for returning of products, tracking returns and initiate refunds.
Coordination with dispatch and logistics to manage returns.
Manage payment reconciliation of online sales.

Required Skills
Should have competent knowledge of computers and internet.
Should have proficient experience on Busy Software.
Should have robust time management skills.
Should have excellent communication skills written and verbal.
Should have ability to work independently.
Should have experience in e-commerce operations.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
