The Client is looking for a tenacious Senior ServiceNow Engineer organization in Gurgaon, India.
This role demands a comprehensive knowledge of ServiceNow modules, exceptional problem-solving skills, and the capability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

What you'll do:
Manage daily administration of the ServiceNow platform, includes routine maintenance, patching, and upgrades.
Develop reliable and scalable applications, workflows, and overall automation, streamlining processes, improving experience, enhancing productivity, and enforcing data hygiene.
Implement and manage integrations with third-party systems.




Improve development capabilities, when possible, to accelerate demand delivery while not compromising quality and experience.
Apply thought leadership to understand dependencies, maintain security, and ensure performance and stability.
Maintain instance health by adhering to and carrying out ServiceNow best practices through configuration and development, leveraging OOTB features, capabilities, and configurations wherever possible.
Promote continuous improvement and implement platform performance optimization strategies to ensure maximum efficiency.
Maintain compliance and strive for swift controlled adoption of platform upgrades, patches, and hotfixes.
Implement reports and dashboards as needed
Build and maintain technical design and configuration documentation.
Provide mentoring through example and knowledge sharing.
