Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Social Media & Performance Marketing Executive who can manage the company’s social media presence as well as execute and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta and Google.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management
Manage company social media accounts including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Plan and execute weekly/monthly social media content calendars.
Create engaging posts, reels, stories, captions, and other social media content.
Monitor social media trends, competitors, and industry updates.
Develop strategies to increase reach, engagement, followers, and brand awareness.
Respond to comments, messages, and audience interactions professionally.




Coordinate with the design/content team for creatives and campaigns.
Track social media performance and prepare regular reports.

Meta & Google Ads
Create, manage, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns through Facebook and Instagram.
Plan and execute Google Ads campaigns based on business and lead-generation objectives.
Manage campaigns for lead generation, conversions, traffic, and brand awareness.
Conduct basic audience research and targeting.
Manage retargeting and remarketing campaigns.
Monitor and optimize advertising budgets and campaign performance.
Analyze key performance metrics such as CPC, CPM, CTR, CPL, Conversion Rate, and ROAS.
Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance and reduce cost per lead/conversion.
Conduct basic A/B testing of ad creatives, copy, audiences, and campaigns.
Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular Meta Ads and Google Ads reports.

Required Skills
Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager.
