Key responsibilities.
Serve as the main daily contact for assigned client accounts.
Manage contract renewals, negotiations, and billing approvals.
Identify cross-selling and upselling prospects within existing client portfolios.
Coordinate with internal support, product, and sales teams to deliver solutions.
Track and forecast key account metrics and performance reports.
Resolve client complaints and prevent account churn
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
