Role & Responsibilities:

Leadership and Team Management:
Provide effective leadership, guidance, and support to the branch team.
Set and communicate clear performance objectives, monitor progress, and provide regular feedback.
Foster a positive and cooperative work workplace to maximize team productivity and morale.

Sales and Business Development:




Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the business as per requirement.
Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients.
Oversee the sales process from lead generation to closing, ensuring exceptional customer service.

Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and concerns.
Act as a trusted advisor, providing expert guidance on real estate transactions and market trends.
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention through quality service delivery.

Operations and Administration:
Oversee day-to-day branch operations, including administrative tasks and financial management.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Implement systems and processes to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
