Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding: Source candidates, conduct interviews, manage offers, and handle recent-hire orientation.
Employee Relations: Resolve workplace conflicts, handle grievances, and support employee retention.
Compensation & Advantages: Oversee payroll processing, health insurance, and incentive programs.
Compliance & Policies: Enforce labor laws, update company regulations, and maintain accurate employee records.
Performance & Training: Coordinate performance appraisals and arrange staff development programs.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: Proven work experience in an HR or administrative role.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of labor laws and HR functions.
Soft Skills: Excellent communication, active listening, and conflict-resolution abilities.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and HR Information Systems (HRIS
