Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end US IT recruitment for direct clients and implementation partners.
Manage client relationships, understand hiring priorities, and ensure timely delivery against expectations.
Experience supporting Engineering clients and recruiting for Engineering/Manufacturing domains is highly preferred.
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and provide regular hiring updates.
Lead a small team of recruiters and mentor junior team members.
Drive sourcing strategy and ensure quality submissions.
Manage candidate pipelines and client expectations.
Ensure SLA adherence and consistent delivery.
Track team performance and support hiring goals.

Required Skills
Proven experience in US IT Staffing.




Robust understanding of W2, C2C, 1099, and Full time hiring.
A Experience in client management, stakeholder communication, and requirement gathering.
Experience supporting Engineering clients and recruiting for Engineering/Manufacturing domains is highly preferred.
Expertise in Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and other sourcing tools.
Excellent stakeholder management, client-facing communication, and team leadership skills.
Robust communication, coordination, and multitasking abilities.
