Role Overview

We are seeking a driven and customer-focused Inside Sales Executive to join our high-performing Inside Sales team. The role involves converting inbound leads, recovering abandoned carts, and driving demo-to-order conversions through proactive outreach and follow-ups.

This is an individual contributor role focused on achieving revenue targets, maintaining pipeline discipline, and delivering a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
Inside Sales & Revenue Generation
Handle inbound leads, demo follow-ups, and abandoned cart recovery to drive conversions and revenue.
Execute structured follow-up cadences through calls, WhatsApp, and other channels.
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly individual revenue targets.
Proactively engage with warm and hot leads to accelerate the sales cycle.
Pipeline & CRM Discipline
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM tools for all leads and customer interactions.
Track personal conversion metrics and identify areas of drop-off.
Work on improving funnel efficiency and conversion rates.




Prioritize leads based on intent signals and follow-up status.
Customer Engagement & Closures
Handle inbound and outbound sales conversations with confidence and empathy.
Address customer queries, objections, and concerns to build trust and drive purchase decisions.
Provide tailored product recommendations based on customer needs and preferences.
Team Collaboration & Feedback
Work closely with Customer Delight, Product, and Operations teams for smooth handovers and issue resolution.
Share customer insights, common objections, and feedback to improve products and customer journeys.
Participate in team huddles and training sessions to strengthen sales skills and stay aligned with targets.
Continuous Improvement
Stay updated on product features, current launches, and the competitive landscape.
Test and refine personal call strategies and sales scripts to improve conversion
