Sr. HR Manager – Job Description

Position: Sr. HR Manager

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end HR operations for the manufacturing unit.
Handle recruitment, onboarding, manpower planning and employee engagement.
Manage attendance, leave, payroll coordination and HR documentation.
Handle employee relations, grievances and disciplinary matters.
Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory requirements and company HR policies.
Coordinate with management and department heads for manpower requirements.
Manage performance appraisal and employee development activities.
Support training, skill development and retention initiatives.




Maintain HR MIS, employee records and other HR reports.
Ensure smooth implementation of HR policies and processes at the plant.

Candidate Requirements
5–6 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
Robust knowledge of HR operations and employee relations.
Positive understanding of labour laws and statutory compliance.
Excellent communication, coordination and people-management skills.
Ability to independently manage HR activities in a manufacturing workplace.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
