Role Description
The Branch Manager is a full time, on-site role based at Nardas Wellness Center in Kozhikode. This role is responsible for overseeing daily operations of the center, including staff supervision, scheduling, and ensuring high-quality client service. The Branch Manager will manage client experience from enquiry to follow-up, coordinate with wellness and medical professionals, and ensure adherence to center protocols and brand standards. They will monitor performance metrics,



manage budgets, handle inventory and vendor relationships, and support local marketing and community outreach activities. The role also involves resolving operational issues, maintaining a safe and welcoming setting, and driving continuous improvement to meet business goals.

Qualifications
Experience in branch or center management, preferably in wellness, healthcare, beauty, or hospitality environments.
Robust people management skills, including team leadership, performance supervision, scheduling, and conflict resolution.
Customer service and client relationship management skills, with the ability to provide empathetic, professional, and discreet support.
Operational and administrative skills, including budgeting, reporting, inventory control, and basic computer proficiency (MS Office, scheduling tools).
Ability to coordinate with clinical or wellness professionals and follow stand
