Collaborate with hiring managers to understand requirements and provide guidance.
Ensure compliance with all recruitment policies and procedures.
Job Requirements
Minimum 8 years of experience in individual hiring or related field.
Robust expertise in sourcing, stakeholder management, and end-to-end recruitment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with recruitment software and tools.
