Role Objective

To lead and manage the branch operations by driving sales growth, increasing market share, strengthening channel partnerships, ensuring effective collections, and developing a high-performing sales team. The role is responsible for achieving branch business objectives while ensuring operational excellence and superior customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities

Sales & Business Growth
Achieve branch sales and revenue targets in line with Annual Operating Plan (AOP).
Develop and execute business strategies to increase market share across the assigned territory.
Identify new business opportunities and expand the dealer and distributor network.
Drive secondary sales through effective market coverage and channel development.

Market Development
Develop recent markets and strengthen the company's presence in existing markets.
Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.




Recommend strategic initiatives to improve business performance.

Channel Management
Build and maintain robust relationships with distributors, dealers, architects, consultants, builders, contractors, and key influencers.
Ensure high levels of customer engagement and satisfaction.
Support channel partners in achieving business objectives.

Team Leadership
Lead, mentor, coach, and develop the branch sales team.
Set individual performance goals and conduct regular performance reviews.
Ensure effective implementation of Pre-Journey Plans, CRM, MIS, and sales processes.
Drive employee engagement and capability development.

Collections & Commercial Excellence
Ensure timely collections and maintain healthy receivables.
Monitor customer credit limits and outstanding payments.
Coordinate with Finance and Credit Control to minimize overdue receivables.

Pricing & Profitability
Monitor market pricing and recommend pricing strate
