Job Overview

We are looking for a Tender Executive with 1–2 years of experience in a service-based organization. The candidate will be responsible for identifying relevant tender opportunities, managing tender documentation, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring timely and accurate submission of bids.

Key Responsibilities
Monitor and identify relevant tenders from government and private-sector organizations through various tender portals.
Review tender documents, eligibility criteria, technical specifications, commercial requirements, and submission timelines.
Coordinate with Business Development, Finance, Operations, Legal, and other internal teams to prepare tender submissions.
Prepare and compile technical and commercial bid documents as per tender requirements.
Ensure all required documents, certificates, forms, declarations, and supporting information are complete and accurate.




Manage the end-to-end tender submission process and ensure bids are submitted within deadlines.
Maintain a database/record of submitted tenders, bid status, results, and upcoming opportunities.
Track EMD, tender fees, security deposits, and other tender-related requirements wherever applicable.
Assist in preparing quotations, commercial proposals, presentations, and other bid-related documents.
Follow up on tender results, clarifications, amendments, and further communication from clients.
Maintain proper documentation and records of all tender activities.
Support the Business Development team in identifying recent business opportunities through tendering and bidding.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline; relevant certification in tender management will be an added advantage.
1–2 years of relevant experience in tender management/bidding, preferably in a service-based
