Quality & Safety Control: Inspect completed repairs for quality and enforce strict adherence to safety and environmental regulations.
Insurance Coordination: Negotiate with insurance adjusters, submit digital supplements, and navigate guidelines smoothly.
Customer Relations: Address client inquiries, provide transparent updates, and handle any repair complaints professionally.
Team Leadership: Hire, train, mentor, and evaluate collision technicians and front-office staff
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
