Bench Sales Recruiter

Role Overview

Own the placement of SAP consultants from bench to billable.You are accountable for three outcomes: getting consultants placed, keeping them engaged so they stay with us while they wait, and building the vendor relationships that make both possible.

What You Own
Placements:
Get bench consultants onto billable projects. You decide how — LinkedIn outreach, cold calling, vendor relationships, requirement-hunting, submissions — but the number that matters is placements closed.
Vendor Network:
Build a book of vendors and prime vendors who take your calls and send you requirements first, developed through LinkedIn and cold calling.



Your access to requirements is your pipeline.
Consultant Retention:
Keep consultants motivated and confident while on the bench so they don't walk to another recruiter before you place them.

Required Qualifications
3–7 years bench sales, IT staffing recruitment, or vendor relationship management
Comfort with high-volume outbound calling and LinkedIn-based vendor prospecting
Solid English communication (phone and email)
Proven track record of closing bench placements and retaining consultants
Knowledge of IT staffing and H1B/visa landscape
