Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Telecaller / Customer Follow-Up Executive with 1–4 years of experience, primarily handling inbound calls and customer follow-ups. The candidate will be responsible for responding to customer enquiries, understanding their requirements, providing appropriate information, and maintaining regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and business conversion.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
Understand customer requirements, enquiries, and concerns.
Provide accurate information about products/services, pricing, processes, and offers.




Make regular follow-up calls with existing and prospective customers.
Maintain proper records of customer interactions, enquiries, and follow-ups.
Follow up with customers until the enquiry/order/service requirement is successfully closed.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and provide timely updates.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Identify potential sales opportunities from inbound enquiries.
Ensure timely callbacks and follow-ups as committed to customers.
Handle customer complaints and escalate issues to the concerned department when required.
Achieve assigned calling, follow-up, conversion, and customer service targets.
Maintain qualified communication and customer service standards.

1–4 years of experience in telecalling, customer support, inside sales, or a similar role.
