Responsible for monitoring and controlling product quality during the manufacturing process.
Conduct in-process quality inspections for products manufactured on LSR Injection Moulding Machines, ISBM Machines, Injection Moulding Machines, Blow Moulding Machines, and other production machinery.
Ensure products are manufactured as per approved specifications, quality standards, drawings, samples, and process parameters.
Monitor machine-wise and process-wise quality during production.
Identify defects at the earliest stage and coordinate with Production and Machine Operators for corrective action.
Ensure proper segregation and identification of rejected, rework, and approved products.
Conduct IQC, IPQC, FPA, and Final Inspection activities as required.
Maintain quality records, inspection reports, rejection reports, and other quality-related documentation.

IN-PROCESS QUALITY CONTROL (IPQC)

Conduct machine-wise and process-wise quality checks as per approved inspection standards.
Check product dimensions, weight, appearance, colour, functionality, workmanship, and other critical quality parameters.
Verify product quality against approved samples, drawings, specifications, and standards.
Ensure First Piece Approval is completed before starting regular production.
Conduct periodic inspections during production to ensure consistent product quality.
Identify quality deviations and immediately communicate them to the Production Supervisor or HOD.
Stop or hold production where responsible quality issues are identified, as per company procedures.
Ensure corrective action is taken for quality defects and process deviations.
Monitor rejection, rework, and process-related defects during production.
