Job Summary

Seeking an experienced and results-driven Utilities Engineer to lead utility and process improvement projects across manufacturing facilities. The successful candidate will act as the technical authority and customer representative, driving utility-related projects from concept development and need identification through execution, commissioning, and project closure.

The role requires solid expertise in industrial utilities, process optimization, energy management, water conservation, and capacity enhancement initiatives within food, dairy, FMCG, or process manufacturing environments.





The role requires robust expertise industrial utilities such as Steam generation and distribution; boiler efficiency; condensate recovery; hot water systems; refrigeration, ammonia/glycol/chilled water systems; cooling water; compressed air; process water recovery, process water, WWTP. Expertise in utilities in Dairy/ Foods/ FMCG industries.

Key Responsibilities

Utilities & Process Engineering
Able to drive utilities projects as customer representation from need definition to the project closure.
Assess, optimize, and troubleshoot plant utility systems to improve efficiency, reliability, sustainability, and operational performance.
Develop utility master plans and identify opportunities for debottlenecking and capacity expansion.
Build, analyze, and challenge energy and utility balances using real factory operational data.
Evaluate and improve:
Steam generation and distribution systems
Boiler efficiency and condensate recovery systems
Hot water generation and distribution
Refrigeration systems (Ammonia, Glycol
