Job Description:

Visiontech Services is hiring a Marketing & Sales Assistant – Back Office Support to assist the sales and marketing team with customer coordination, documentation, and back-office operations. The role requires at least 1 year of relevant experience in sales support or administrative work.
Responsibilities:
Support sales and marketing team in daily activities
Communicate with customers via phone, email, and WhatsApp
Handle customer inquiries and follow-ups
Prepare quotations, proforma invoices, invoices, and sales documents




Maintain customer database and sales records
Coordinate with internal departments
Perform general back-office and administrative tasks

Requirements:
Graduate / Undergraduate (any stream)
Freshers in sales support / back-office / administrative role
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)
Positive communication and coordination skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
