Responsible for mechanical and electrical maintenance of Rear Axle Shop machinery and equipment, including preventive/predictive maintenance, breakdown troubleshooting, RCA, machine reliability improvement, spare planning and current equipment installation/commissioning.
Role & responsibilities
Handle day-to-day mechanical & electrical maintenance activities for the Rear Axle Shop.
Troubleshoot major machine breakdowns and perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
Execute preventive and predictive maintenance to improve machine availability and reliability.
Maintain CNC, SPM, GPM and grinding machines.
Handle maintenance of hydraulic presses, hoists, KUKA/robotic welding and CO welding equipment.
Troubleshoot PLC, drives/VFDs, LT panels, electrical systems and machine controls.
ne installation, commissioning and improvement projects.
Drive TPM, 5S, Kaizen, IATF, ACMA and EOHS activities.
Support energy-saving, cost-reduction and machine improvement initiatives.
Maintain maintenance records and work through SAP PM / Maintenance Module.
