We are looking for an experienced
ROM
to lead business growth across
Maharashtra and Goa
.

The role will cover
Marathwada, Konkan, Pune, and Goa
, with the possibility of a wider
Rest of Maharashtra (ROM)
responsibility, excluding Mumbai and Vidarbha.

You will play a key role in growing the regional business, strengthening dealer and channel networks, and building solid relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, and other key customers.

Responsibilities




Lead regional sales and business growth across the assigned territory.
Drive revenue, market share, and new business opportunities.
Build and strengthen dealer, distributor, and channel networks.
Develop strong relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, contractors, and key accounts.
Identify new markets, customers, and business opportunities within the region.
Guide, motivate, and manage the regional sales team.
Set explicit sales targets and track team performance.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, pricing, and customer needs.
Ensure robust product visibility and market presence across the territory.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and customer service.
Prepare regular sales forecasts, market updates, and business plans for the region.
Ensure healthy collections and strong customer relationships.
