Role & Responsibilities
Lead and oversee day-to-day operations to ensure smooth, effective, and timely execution of activities.
Ensure all statutory, regulatory, and organizational compliances are effectively managed and completed within the prescribed due dates.
Monitor compliance calendars, deadlines, filings, renewals, and other statutory requirements to ensure timely completion.
Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, auditors, and external authorities for compliance-related matters.
Maintain proper records, registers, reports, and documentation related to operational and compliance activities.
Review operational processes and ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and applicable laws and regulations.
Identify operational and compliance-related risks and take appropriate corrective and preventive actions.
Prepare and submit periodic reports, statements, returns, and other required documentation within stipulated timelines.
Follow up on pending activities and ensure timely closure of compliance and operational matters.




Support management in implementing effective processes and controls for smooth business operations.
Ensure proper coordination among different departments to achieve operational objectives.
Monitor key activities, resolve day-to-day issues, and escalate critical matters to management when required.
Assist in audits, inspections, assessments, and other compliance reviews by providing necessary information and documentation.
Continuously improve operational processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.

Preferred candidate profile
Candidate with solid experience in managing day-to-day operations and administrative activities in a Chartered Accountant (CA) firm.
Proven expertise in handling and monitoring statutory, tax, accounting, audit, and regulatory compliances within prescribed due dates.
Solid knowledge of compliance calendars, deadlines, filings, returns,
