About the Role

SK Fortune Group is looking for a highly driven, market-connected and commercially astute Sales Manager, Sourcing Manager to drive the sourcing and sales of premium commercial office spaces.

The role requires an individual with a strong understanding of Pune's commercial real estate market, an established network of channel partners, brokers, property consultants and investors, and the ability to consistently generate and convert high-value business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
Drive sales of premium commercial office spaces and achieve assigned sales targets.
Develop and manage a strong network of channel partners, brokers, property consultants, investors and corporate clients.
Generate qualified business opportunities through channel networks, referrals, direct outreach and market relationships.
Identify,



onboard and activate recent channel partners across key Pune markets.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and qualification to site visits, negotiations and closure.
Build and maintain strong relationships with investors and high-value clientele.
Identify recent commercial markets, business networks and prospects for revenue generation.
Conduct regular meetings with channel partners and brokers to build sustained sales momentum.
Maintain strong knowledge of Pune's commercial real estate market, pricing, competition, demand and emerging growth corridors.
Work closely with marketing and leadership teams to strengthen market penetration and business development.
Maintain an active sales pipeline, provide accurate sales forecasts and share market intelligence with management.
Ensure a premium and professional representation of the SK Fortune Group brand across the market.
