SKILL: Sourcing, Screening, Non-IT recruitment, end to end recruitment coordination. - Excellent communication skill - End to end recruitment experience mainly in NON IT hiring such as finance, legal, information security, marcom - Experience in sourcing profiles from all the job portals such as Naukri/Linked IN and Monster - Ability to source profiles for complex roles - Valuable stake holder management
