Role & responsibilities
Monitor and maintain production and service equipment to ensure optimum machine performance and continuity of production .
Inspect machines regularly and ensure all production equipment remains in proper working condition .
Ensure availability of critical/frequently required spare parts to minimize machine downtime and ensure quick repair turnaround.
Coordinate with Production/IE/Planning teams for machine allocation, changeovers and additional machinery requirements .
Plan and monitor machine servicing and preventive maintenance schedules, ensuring timely release of machines to production.

Preferred candidate profile
Engineering Degree or Engineering Diploma with 2+yrs experience.
Experience in production machinery/equipment maintenance, including preventive and breakdown maintenance.
Robust understanding of spare parts management, machine downtime reduction and maintenance scheduling .
Candidates from Garment/Apparel/Textile/Manufacturing industries preferred.
