Role & responsibilities
Managing customer relationships & addressing both service & sales queries for customers with a objective to engage & retain customers.
Ensure sourcing of Recent Current accounts installation of POS machines and Soundbox by the team of Relationship Officers.
Enterprise sourcing of high value current accounts
Meeting existing customers to deepen existing relationships thereby generating revenue for the Bank.
Proven team management skills and ensuring team incentivization.
Identifying prospective business opportunities in the assigned geography.
Preferred candidate profile
Freshers & experienced both can apply
Bachelors degree in any relevant discipline
Solid interpersonal skills
Willingness to learn and grow
