Role & responsibilities
Solution Roadmap Development: Collaborate with stakeholders to define and articulate the strategic roadmap for Salesforce Data Cloud solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and technological capabilities.
Implementation Strategy: Design and oversee the execution of robust implementation strategies that encompass planning, resource allocation, risk management, and performance optimization.
GO LIVE Planning: Lead the comprehensive planning and coordination for GO LIVE events, including timelines, communication plans, training, and change management activities.
Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the implementation team, ensuring best practices, code quality, and adherence to architectural standards.
Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders,



facilitating transparent and effective communication regarding project status, deliverables, and expectations.
Integration Management: Oversee the integration of Salesforce Data Cloud with other systems and platforms, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability.
Performance Monitoring: Implement and manage monitoring tools to track the performance and reliability of Salesforce Data Cloud solutions, identifying and addressing any issues proactively.

Documentation and Training: Develop comprehensive documentation and training materials to support the ongoing use and optimization of Salesforce Data Cloud solutions.
