Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Production Manager to manage and supervise day-to-day production operations. The candidate will be responsible for achieving production targets while maintaining quality standards, controlling wastage, improving productivity, and ensuring effective utilization of manpower and machinery.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, organize, and manage daily production activities as per production targets.
Ensure timely achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly production plans.
Monitor production processes to maintain product quality and operational efficiency.
Manage and coordinate production supervisors, operators, and workers.
Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machinery, raw materials, and other resources.
Monitor and control production wastage, rejection, downtime, and operational losses.




Coordinate with the Maintenance Department to ensure smooth functioning of machinery and minimize breakdowns.
Work closely with the Quality Control team to ensure products meet the required quality standards.
Prepare and maintain daily production reports, manpower reports, and other operational MIS.
Identify production bottlenecks and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Ensure proper implementation of SOPs and company procedures on the shop floor.
Maintain discipline, safety, cleanliness, and housekeeping within the production area.
Coordinate with the Purchase, Stores, Quality, Maintenance, and Dispatch departments for smooth operations.
Monitor inventory and availability of raw materials required for production.
Train, guide, and evaluate production supervisors and workers.
Implement initiatives to improve productivity, reduce costs, and optimize manufacturing processes.
