Roles and Responsibilities :
Coordinate with sales teams to gather data on sales performance, customer interactions, and market trends.
Prepare MIS reports using pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions to analyze large datasets.
Develop dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the organization's IT services business.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify reporting requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs.
Job Requirements :
1 year of experience in a similar role or related field.
Proficiency in creating complex reports using pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions.
Solid understanding of Microsoft Excel formulas such as SUMIF, COUNTIF, AVERAGEIF, etc.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
