Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Tech Lead with solid expertise in .NET technologies to design, develop, and deliver enterprise-grade desktop, web, and API-based applications. The role requires a combination of hands-on technical skills and leadership capabilities to drive development initiatives, ensure high-quality code, and effectively support business requirements within the BFSI domain.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable desktop and web applications using technologies like .Net core, .Net, Angular, React, Golang and devops.
Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and WCF services
Create, optimize, and manage stored procedures and database objects in MS SQL Server
Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing technical guidance and support
Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, and application architecture
Ensure adherence to coding standards, performance optimization, and best practices
Collaborate with business stakeholders to support and enhance BFSI domain applications
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues,



including production support
Drive continuous improvement through code reviews and adoption of current technologies
