Job Description – ITA Tourism Executive

Position: ITA Tourism Executive

Location: Mumbai

Salary:₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Experience: 2–5 Years – Experienced Candidates Preferred

Job Responsibilities :

Handle \ITA (International Travel & Tourism) bookings and queries\*.

* Prepare and coordinate international travel itineraries as per client requirements.

* Handle flight, hotel, transfers, sightseeing and holiday package arrangements.

* Coordinate with DMCs, suppliers and international travel partners.

* Communicate with clients and provide suitable travel solutions.

* Manage booking confirmations, amendments and cancellations.

* Follow up with clients and vendors for pending requirements and payments.

* Resolve customer queries and provide post-booking support.

* Maintain accurate booking records and documentation.

* Achieve assigned sales and business targets.





Required Skills :

* 2–5 years of relevant experience in International Travel & Tourism.

* Solid knowledge of international destinations and travel products.

* Experience in handling international holiday packages and itineraries.

Knowledge of \GDS/Amadeus or other travel booking systems\* will be an advantage.

* Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.

* Valuable negotiation and problem-solving abilities.

* Ability to independently handle clients and bookings.

* Valuable knowledge of MS Office and travel-related software.

Qualification :

Graduate/Diploma in \Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Aviation or a related field\.
