As a
Senior Executive – Visual Merchandising
, you will drive VM execution across stores, translating brand identity, campaigns, and product stories into engaging and commercially effective retail experiences.

Key Responsibilities
Execute
VM strategies, guidelines, planograms, zoning, and display concepts
across stores.
Translate campaigns, launches, and seasonal moments into impactful
in-store experiences
.
Drive consistent VM execution across multiple retail locations and formats.
Partner with
Brand, Marketing, Category, and Retail Operations
teams for seamless execution.
Conduct store visits/audits and identify opportunities to improve
VM quality and commercial impact
.
Use customer and sales insights to continuously improve merchandising and store experience.





What We're Looking For
2–4 years of experience
in Visual Merchandising, Retail Experience, or Store Design.
Only candidates from new-age, AI-first, D2C, premium brands
in
beauty, fashion, lifestyle, style, or retail
.
Solid understanding of
VM principles, retail design, customer journey, and commercial merchandising
.
Hands-on experience with
planograms, display concepts, VM guidelines, and store rollouts
.
Solid design sensibility with proficiency in
Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or similar tools
.
Ability to work in a
fast-paced, high-growth environment
with solid execution and stakeholder management skills.
