Key Responsibilities
Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Hindi lessons aligned with the prescribed curriculum.
Teach Hindi grammar, vocabulary, reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills.
Encourage students to develop fluency and confidence in using the Hindi language.
Assess, evaluate, and monitor students' academic progress through assignments, tests, and classroom activities.
Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, teaching materials, and examination papers.
Foster a positive, inclusive, and disciplined classroom setting.
Introduce students to Hindi literature, poetry, stories, and cultural traditions appropriate to their grade level.
Use interactive teaching methods and digital learning tools to enhance student engagement.
Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades,



and student performance.
Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress and development.
Participate in staff meetings, career development programs, school events, and extracurricular activities.
Support students with diverse learning needs and provide additional guidance when required.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Hindi, Education, or a related field.
B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification (preferred or required, depending on the institution).
Relevant teaching experience is an advantage.
Solid command of spoken and written Hindi.
