We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Placement Executive to build robust relationships with companies, coordinate placement drives, and support students in securing job prospects. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, networking, and coordination skills.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients and hiring partners.
Coordinate placement drives, interviews, and recruitment events.
Identify and generate new placement opportunities for students.
Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates and recruiters.
Maintain placement records, reports, and student databases.
Conduct placement readiness sessions, including resume reviews and interview preparation.
Coordinate with academic and training teams to ensure student employability.
Follow up with companies regarding interview feedback and hiring status.
Organize career guidance sessions, job fairs, and campus recruitment activities.
Track placement performance and prepare monthly reports.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
0–2 years of experience in placement, recruitment, HR, business development, or client relationship management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid networking and relationship management abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.
Ability to work independently and meet placement targets.

Experience in an educational institution, training institute, or placement cell.
Strong industry connections and networking skills.
