Role Overview:

We are looking for a Business Analyst with Project Management experience to drive requirements, stakeholder collaboration, and end-to-end project delivery. Work with advanced AI tools and emerging technologies to build future-ready skills and accelerate your growth opportunities.

Responsibilities:
Possess exceptional proficiency in professional communication, strategic stakeholder management, and analytical problem-solving.
Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into explicit, actionable requirements, user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.
Act as the primary liaison between business, product, and technical teams, ensuring effective communication, alignment, and timely resolution of requirements.
Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, retrospectives, and stakeholder walkthroughs, where applicable.
Create, maintain, and organize high-quality project documentation, including BRDs, FRDs, PRDs, meeting minutes, decision logs, and requirement trackers.
Collaborate with Product,



Engineering, QA, Design, and Operations teams to ensure projects are delivered within agreed scope, timelines, and quality standards.
Identify and mitigate project delivery risks - delivery quality, timelines, budget, escalations.
Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and governance throughout the project lifecycle.
Set the correct expectations and hold the delivery team as well as the customer accountable to ensure the success of the program/project.

Qualifications:
4 - 6 years of experience in Project Management, preferably in AI/ML, Software Development, or IT projects.
Global Collaboration: Transparent, demonstrable experience working directly with US-based customers and managing multinational delivery teams (specifically across the US and India).
Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with up-to-date project management and collaboration tools, including GitHub Projects, Jira, Conf
