Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for BPO/BPM operations, ensuring timely closure of positions through effective sourcing, stakeholder management, and candidate engagement.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, consultants, and other channels.
Screen and shortlist candidates as per business requirements.
Coordinate interviews, manage candidate communication, and ensure timely offer closures.
Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and drive closures within defined TAT.
Maintain recruitment data, trackers, MIS, and ensure accurate reporting.




Support employee referral and vendor hiring processes where required.
Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for recurring and bulk hiring requirements.

Requirements
Graduate/Postgraduate with 3–6 years of recruitment experience.
Experience in BPO/BPM hiring is preferred.
Solid sourcing, stakeholder management, communication, and candidate engagement skills.
Ability to handle multiple positions, bulk hiring, and time-sensitive requirements.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
