Role & responsibilities

D2C store
Run the Shopify store day to day: catalog and pricing accuracy, banners and landing pages, promotions, basic conversion improvements, order-flow monitoring.
Keep site claims and prices aligned to the approved claims sheet certification accuracy is non-negotiable on this brand.

Marketplaces
Own Amazon, Flipkart and FirstCry: listing content and keywords, A+/rich content coordination with design, promotions and deal events, ratings trajectory.
Run review-generation ops systematic, policy-compliant post-purchase review asks; respond to reviews.
Keep stock, pricing and offers in sync with operations; flag stock risks before they hit listings.

Paid media
Plan and run Meta and Google campaigns end to end: structure, audiences, budgets, creative briefs to design, landing alignment, daily optimisation.
Manage spend to ROAS and CAC targets; scale what returns, kill what doesn't, and say so in the weekly numbers.
Consent-respecting data handling in remarketing and CRM flows (DPDP-aware).

Reporting & support
Weekly numbers: spend, ROAS,



CAC, conversion, marketplace performance — supplied into the consolidated report.
Light dispatch support: coordinate with operations on D2C order issues and returns. This is support, not ownership, and stays a small share of the week.

What you won't own
The organic calendar and community — owned by the Social Media Manager; you supply offers and launch inputs.
Design production — briefs to the design resource.
Dispatch and logistics ownership — operations owns it; you support on D2C order issues only.

Competencies

Must-have
Hands-on Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads — you have built and optimised real campaigns yourself, not watched an agency do it.
Marketplace seller-console fluency (Amazon Seller Central at minimum; Flipkart a plus): listings, keywords, promotions, account health.
ROAS thinking: you optimise for returns up and cost down, and you can defend a budget split w
