Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Tally Professional to manage day-to-day accounting, compliance, bookkeeping, and Tally implementation/support activities.

The ideal candidate should have solid hands-on experience with TallyPrime / Tally ERP 9, accounting processes, GST, reconciliations, MIS reporting, and Tally troubleshooting. Experience in supporting multiple clients or working in an accounting/consulting setting will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in TallyPrime / Tally ERP 9, including sales, purchases, receipts, payments, journals, and contra entries.
Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable,



bank reconciliation, and petty cash.
Prepare MIS reports including P&L;, balance sheet, ageing reports, stock summaries, and cost-centre reports.
Handle GST compliance, reconciliation, and related statutory requirements.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot TallyPrime / Tally ERP 9.
Support Tally data migration, backup, restoration, and multi-user setups.
Manage Tally licensing and assist with Tally on Cloud / remote-access setups.
Customize Tally using TDL add-ons and statutory masters as required.
Coordinate with auditors and prepare supporting schedules and documents.
Train clients and internal team members on Tally usage and best practices.
Ensure regular data backups, data security, and proper version control.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field (B.Com preferred).
2–3 years of hands-on experience in TallyPrime / Tally ERP 9.
