Manage day-to-day electrical O&M; activities at the Ash Handling Plant.
Supervise preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance of electrical equipment.
Maintain and troubleshoot HT/LT systems, motors, MCC/PCC panels, transformers, switchgear and control panels.
Monitor electrical equipment parameters and identify abnormalities.
Attend electrical breakdowns and ensure timely restoration of equipment.
Plan and supervise shutdown and major maintenance activities.
Lead and allocate work to Electrical Engineers, Technicians and contract manpower.
Coordinate with Mechanical and C&I; teams for smooth execution of maintenance activities.
Ensure proper inspection, testing, cable termination and maintenance of electrical systems.
Maintain daily maintenance reports, equipment history and MIS.
Ensure strict compliance with PTW, LOTO and electrical safety procedures.
Coordinate with client representatives and site management for operational and maintenance requirements.
Monitor critical electrical spares and coordinate with Stores/Procurement for availability.
