Role & responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and maintain Work 365 integrations with external business systems.
Integrate with CSP/distributor, ERP/accounting, PSA, payment, and tax platforms such as Microsoft Partner Center, Ingram Micro, TD SYNNEX, Pax8, QuickBooks, Business Central, ConnectWise, Autotask, and Avalara.
Build scalable integrations and APIs using C#, .NET, SQL Server, Azure, and REST APIs.
Manage subscription/invoice synchronization, reconciliation, webhooks, pagination, rate limiting, idempotency, and error handling.
Develop end-to-end features using .NET, React, and TypeScript.
Write unit/reconciliation tests, conduct code reviews, and troubleshoot production issues.
Support release management, process improvements, feature documentation, and internal training.
Provide L3 support and technical escalation when required.

Preferred candidate profile
Solid hands-on experience with C#, .NET Core, OOP, React, and TypeScript.
Positive knowledge of SOLID, GoF design patterns, DRY, KISS, and clean architecture.




Experience with REST APIs, webhooks, third-party and financial integrations, including platforms such as Microsoft CSP/Partner Center, Ingram Micro, TD SYNNEX, Pax8, QuickBooks, Business Central, ConnectWise, Autotask, and Avalara.
Solid understanding of reconciliation, idempotency, retries, error handling, and distributed-system consistency.
Experience with SQL Server, query optimization, stored procedures, triggers, and Entity Framework.
Hands-on experience with Azure Functions, Container Apps, Blob Storage, and Azure DevOps CI/CD.
Knowledge of OAuth, OpenID Connect, JWT, async/await, dependency injection, logging, and exception handling.
Experience with NUnit/xUnit, debugging, troubleshooting, Visual Studio, VS Code, SSMS, and Postman.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude, or similar tools.
