Consultant / Senior Consultant Telecom Security Risk Assessment

We are looking for a Consultant / Senior Consultant with experience in Telecom Security Risk Assessment to join our Cyber / Risk Consulting practice. The role requires robust client-facing, communication, and analytical skills, along with knowledge of telecom security frameworks, standards, and technologies.

Key Responsibilities
Support delivery of telecom security risk assessment engagements for clients.
Identify security risks, vulnerabilities, and control gaps across telecom environments.
Apply frameworks and standards such as Unified Security Control Framework, NIST, 3GPP, and GSMA.
Perform threat modelling using ITU-T X.805 and/or STRIDE.
Review telecom technologies, architectures, and protocols from a security perspective.
Develop risk-based recommendations and support preparation of client deliverables and presentations.




Participate in client discussions, workshops, and stakeholder meetings.

Skills and Experience
3 to 8+ years of relevant experience in telecom security, cybersecurity consulting, and/or risk assessment.
Valuable exposure to telecom security risk assessments.
Understanding of Unified Security Control Framework.
Knowledge of Threat Modelling, including ITU-T X.805 and STRIDE.
Familiarity with NIST, 3GPP, GSMA, and telecom security standards.
Understanding of telecom technologies and protocols.
Solid written and verbal communication skills for a client-facing role.

Preferred
Experience working with telecom operators, service providers, and/or consulting firms.
Exposure to telecom domains such as mobile/core networks, signaling, OSS/BSS, and telecom infrastructure security.
