AutoCAD knowledge is mandatory

Key Responsibilities
Understand and interpret AutoCAD drawings accurately.
Explain production drawings and technical requirements clearly to the production team.
Monitor day-to-day production activities and ensure work is completed as per drawings and quality standards.
Manage and allocate manpower effectively according to production requirements.
Monitor production progress and coordinate with the factory team to achieve targets.
Check and maintain records of raw material stock.
Monitor finished goods and dispatch activities, ensuring the correct material is dispatched as per requirements.
Coordinate between design, production, quality, stores, and dispatch teams.
Identify production issues and coordinate for timely resolution.
Ensure proper handling and utilization of materials,
tools, and equipment.
Maintain production records and provide regular updates to management.
Ensure workplace safety, discipline, quality, and productivity.
Required Skills
AutoCAD Mandatory
Valuable understanding of engineering and fabrication drawings
Ability to explain technical drawings to shop-floor workers
Manpower handling and team coordination
Production planning and management
Basic inventory and stock management
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a manufacturing/factory setting
Preferred Candidate
