We are looking for a graduate finance fresher for banking operations role. The ideal candidate should have valuable communication and analytical skills, be open to learning and adapting, and be a quick learner.
Other requirements:Candidates should not have any active UAN, since we are completely looking for a Graduate/MBA Fresher.
Job Responsibilities:
Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
Analyze data to identify issues and trends
Document and report findings accurately
Ensure compliance with banking regulations and policies
Graduate degree in Finance or related field
Valuable communication skills
Solid analytical skills
Willingness to learn and adapt
Previous internship or project experience in finance
Knowledge of banking operations

Shifts timings: Rotational Shifts 24*5 (Including night shift) Must be ready to work in any shift allocated by Management as per process and Client Requirement.
