About the Role

We are looking for a highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented
Business Operations Executive
to support the day-to-day functioning of the business.

This role is responsible for ensuring that routine business activities do not get stuck due to missed follow-ups, pending documentation, delayed quotations, payment collection, proposal preparation, or lack of coordination.

The ideal candidate should be someone who
takes ownership, follows through, keeps things organised, and closes loops
.

You will work closely with the founders, internal teams, clients, partners, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure that business operations move smoothly from
requirement → quotation → proposal → confirmation → execution → invoice → payment
.

Key Responsibilities
Business Operations
Coordinate day-to-day operations, tasks, deadlines,



and pending actions.
Maintain trackers for projects, leads, quotations, proposals, payments, and follow-ups.
Coordinate with internal teams, clients, vendors, and partners to ensure timely execution.
Quotations & Estimates
Prepare and manage quotations, estimates, and pricing documents.
Track quotations from submission through negotiation, PO, and closure.
Follow up with clients and maintain accurate records.
Payments & Invoicing
Track invoices, outstanding payments, POs, and payment commitments.
Coordinate invoice sharing and documentation with accounts.
Follow up on pending payments and escalate delays when required.
Proposals & Business Documentation
Prepare and customise business proposals, presentations, estimates, and company documents.
Coordinate with technical/product teams to gather required information.
Maintain standard templates and ensure documents are accurate, qualified, and timely.
