Key Responsibilities
Provide technical and functional support for LabVantage LIMS.
Work with Bartender for label design and printing integration.
Write and optimize SQL queries to support LIMS operations.
Handle CSV (Computer System Validation) documentation and deliverables, including Installation Qualification (IQ), Operational Qualification (OQ), and Performance Qualification (PQ).
Work in a SaaS-based setting with focus on data integrity and compliance.
Troubleshoot LIMS-related issues and provide timely resolutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and support of LIMS workflows.
