Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Executive to join our Accounts & Finance team. The ideal candidate should possess basic accounting knowledge, valuable analytical skills, and the ability to manage daily accounting activities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions and records.
Handle purchase entries, sales entries, receipts, and payment vouchers.
Assist in preparing invoices, bills, and financial reports.
Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts.
Support GST filing, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities.
Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
Coordinate with internal departments regarding payment and account-related matters.
Assist during audits and financial reviews.
Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of financial information.

Required Skills
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.




Familiarity with Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Educational Qualification
Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field (B.Com preferred).

Preferred Qualifications
Internship or prior experience in accounting will be an added advantage.
Basic understanding of GST and taxation processes.

Salary
Best in industry, based on skills and experience.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
