Understanding various functions to take real estate projects to logical conclusion.
Establishing milestones and activity deadlines of the project.
Periodic follow-up and review of milestones and activities across the functions.
Giving feedback to the management regarding any bottlenecks obstructing the project.
Coordinating with BD teams for occupant and land consents.
Coordinating with TMC agencies for smooth progress of the project.

Basic knowledge of business management.
