Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Revenue Management
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the Up-to-date Trade channel.
Develop and implement strategies to drive volume, market share, and profitability in modern trade outlets.
Monitor and analyse sales performance and take corrective actions to bridge gaps.
Key Account Management
Build and nurture relationships with key contemporary trade accounts in the assigned territory.
Negotiate and execute agreements, promotions, and in-store displays with key accounts.
Ensure stock availability, merchandising, and smooth operational execution at modern trade outlets.
Team Management & Coordination
Lead and guide a team of Promoters and Merchandisers to execute plans effectively.
Train and develop the team to improve productivity and in-store execution.
Collaborate with the marketing team to implement trade marketing activities.
Distributor & Supply Chain Management
Ensure optimal supply chain management to prevent stockouts at customer points.




Monitor distributor performance and ensure adherence to company policies.
Regularly review inventory levels to maintain optimal stock at up-to-date trade outlets.
Market Insights & Reporting
Conduct regular market visits to ensure proper execution of sales and promotional activities.
Gather and analyse competitor activities and consumer trends in modern trade.
Prepare and share sales reports, forecasts, and market insights with the management team.
Compliance & Process Adherence
Ensure compliance with company policies, trade practices, and ethical standards in all business dealings.
Maintain proper documentation of sales agreements, promotions, and other essential records.
