Key Responsibilities
Provide operate, admin, and consulting support on storage infrastructure and operating systems, ensuring compliance with technical standards and contract terms.
Manage IT infrastructure and application infrastructure lifecycle support, including planning, installation, ongoing management, and de-installation, while adhering to ITIL standards.
Resolve customer issues through various communication channels including telephone, email, and remote sessions, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams and key customers to resolve complex issues and prevent future problems through proactive problem management.
Manage and lead technical/service relationships between the company, customers, and subcontractors/vendors.
Perform change management tasks, including preparing, reviewing, implementing, and testing change records, and conducting risk and impact analysis.
Ensure patch and security management compliance by applying necessary patches and monitoring settings for security.




Maintain accurate and complete Configuration Management Database (CMDB) entries.
