Key Responsibilities
Understand technical requirements and job descriptions from hiring managers.
Source candidates through Naukri
Screen resumes based on technical skills, experience, location, notice period, and other job requirements.
Conduct initial recruiter screening calls to assess candidate suitability.
Coordinate technical and managerial interview rounds with candidates and hiring teams.
Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure regular follow-ups.
Negotiate compensation and manage offer discussions.
Track recruitment activities and maintain accurate candidate records.
Ensure candidates have a positive recruitment experience throughout the hiring process.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand requirements and provide suitable profiles.
